Example of the different media, I use to engage my customers:
- I use “Social media” to connect with and to build rapport with my current and future customers.
- Be vigilant when, using this method to communicate, as certain customers can view this as stalking. The best Social media platform for business, is LInkedIn, as people see this as a mechanism for doing business.
- I use email sales and marketing campaigns, to remain in contact with my customers and to communicate “VALUE” to them.
- I consistently create digital Content for distribution, via my digital communication channels.,
- I use the telephone, to engage my customers and to follow-up on specific matters
- I use Digital Documents (Blogs etc.), to show expertise and create awareness
- Online Presentations (Webinars), as a means to connect with groups of customers and as a means to showcase our training services
- Sales Automation, supports me to get all the digital content to all the right people, at the right time.
- I use E-zines, to showcase expertise and as a learning resource, for my customers
- e-books, offer a detailed explanation of the positive transformation, our customers will enjoy, when they work with us
