Next, allocate your daily sales tasks in order of importance, into the 90 min segments, you designed previously.

Getting started

  • First identify all the most crucial sales related activities that you need to complete daily.
    • The secret to make this work for you, requires you to include the most important sales related tasks and then to do whatever it takes to ensure that you complete all of them, as your top priority that day.
    • The tasks I am referring here are your priority sales tasks, which when performed daily, will ensure that you to achieve your sales targets.
    • I recommend that you schedule to complete as many of these tasks as possible, while you are the most energized, first thing in the morning.
    • Then as your day progresses, you can schedule less important tasks.
  • Develop the habit of tackling each task in sequence, of importance throughout your day.
  • Once you get the most important sales tasks done, you will not be wasting energy worrying about them, any longer.
    • By prioritising them and ensuring that you get them done, every day, means that you will consistently smash your sales target
