What are the main challenges, experienced by the users of your products?
As you know, the users of your product, work very closely with your products or services. As such they are really well situated, to tell you what is working and what is not.
- In the case of existing customers, this would give you the opportunity, to identify cross and up selling opportunities
- In the case of future customers, it will give you the opportunity to identify opportunities for you to deploy your products or services, when you discover how you can support them to make things better.

Sales professionals, all complain, about not having enough time in the day.
Knowing that this is a common challenge experienced, by almost every sales person, it is always a good starting point, when identifying possible challenges.
